Sam Nunn and thereafter appointed by President Bill Clinton.   Appointed to the Attorney General’s Advisory Committee by Attorney General Janet Reno. Served on the Office of Management and Budget Subcommittee, the Environmental Crimes Subcommittee, the White Collar Crime Subcommittee, the Healthcare Fraud Subcommittee, and the Executive Working Group which was composed of members of the National District Attorney’s Association, the National Association of Attorney’s General, and the Department of Justice.

• UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTION NO. 2:95-MJ-00016, LCP CHEMICALS Supervised, coordinated and oversaw prosecution major violator of environmental laws in Glynn County , Georgia
•  UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CASE NUMBER: CR413-03-04 HEYS EDWARD MCMATH III, STEPHEN MICHAEL LITTLE, ROBERT WILSON DAILEY, JAY PATRICK GARDNER, ISAAC JEFFERSON MULLING, ALAN ROBERT FLEMING, and JEFFREY ALLEN FARRELL Defended Jay Patrick Gardner in major federal conspiracy indictment for bank fraud .  Secured a sentence of probation.
